Community College Concurrent Enrollment

Are you an 11th or 12th grade student interested in taking a community college course while enrolled at Mt. Everest? There are many courses offered for dual credit, where students can meet high school graduation requirements while earning college credit. Here is the Dual Credit College Course list (updated 2/12/20).

If you are planning on taking a college course in the Spring, please remember to follow these steps:

  • If you have never taken a college course, start with the online application to obtain your College Student ID number (CSID)
  • If prerequisites need to be met (i.e. assessment testing), they must be cleared before registration
  • Look for the assigned registration date, which is always one week before the start of the semester
  • You must register in person at the admissions office at the campus where the course is being taught, either at City, Mesa, or Miramar college

The San Diego Community College District website is a good resource to use for information about this procedure.
